Ya, you should redo those drums. Bring them out a bit more. The snare in particular is mainly coming out as static. Good synths though
They sound like static because they ARE static. What you're hearing is the NES's noise channel, and in NES music, it's used for percussion. And in my opinion, if the percussion doesn't sound like that, then it isn't true 8-bit music.

How can you put out a beat a day and still have quality like this? It's mind boggling. Great beat, laid back and smooth, but it keeps a decent pace. I might find myself wanting to use this one. Great beat man, keep it up, I'm going to look at the other 15 so far.
